Class Types

Vinyasa
A dynamic, strong flowing practice to challenge you and keep you moving through breath and flow. Focusing on creative sequencing, Vinyasa aims to open and energise the body, build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind, and open the heart. Every class is different, leaving you inspired both physically and mentally.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a more passive style of yoga, targeting the deep connective tissue of the body. Enhanced by supportive props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, restful meditative postures may be held from 3-7 minutes, promoting the flow of energy through the body’s energy channels (meridians). Yin Yoga is open to all levels and a great way to complement your Vinyasa practice.

Slow Flow
A slower paced flow practice focusing on longer holds and conscious alignment. This class will challenge and inspire you to deepen your practice, and calm the body to create clarity and peace of mind. Perfect for beginners or experienced yogis wanting to refine their practice and alignment.

Yang to Yin
By combining both the Yang and Yin aspects into one class, you get benefits of both in one well-rounded, balanced practice. Classes start with a more active and dynamic Flow practise to energise and strengthen the body. The Yin portion of this class includes long-held, floor-based poses to target deep connective and fascia tissue, and increase flexibility.

Hatha Yoga
Great beginners and general-level classes to strengthen, cleanse, and relax the body and mind. A Hatha class generally involves breathing exercises, gentle movements, passive and supported poses, standing and seated postures, and a short meditation at the end of class. Even though considered as ‘gentle yoga’, a Hatha class can still be physically and mentally challenging.

Meditation
Meditation classes will often start with Pranayama (breath work) and progress into a guided mindfulness meditation. This may include Mantra, visualisation and other empowering techniques to enhance consciousness and clear the mind. All levels, from beginners to practicing meditators, will benefit from Meditation, no previous experience necessary.
